The Twelve Basic Regulations of the Society

 1)  The point of the secret society is to help its members in any problems or questions they may have, excluding those that break the law of the country the members is located in.

 2)  The society does not take part in any law breaking activity; it abides by the laws of the country in which it is doing its mission. The society only exists in those countries that do not prohibit it by law.

 3)  Any member can freely leave the society without any earlier agreements, all that is needed is an email about this to the society's email or a letter to the member who invited the member quitting.

 4)  The membership in the secret society is anonymous. Every member of the society is introduced with a nickname.

 5)  Every member of the secret society has to announce the kind of help they can give other members of the society; the society cannot force him or her to give any other kind of help without his or her agreement.

 6)  Any member of the secret society has the right to ask the other members of the society for help in any problems that he or she may have (That do not break the law).

 7)  Anyone can become a candidate, but whether they become a member or not is determined after the consideration of the application. If the candidate is accepted, he or she will receive an invitation from one of the existing members

 8)  Before a candidate becomes a member, he or she has to prove he or she can keep the secret of the society and that he or she can be useful to the society. Meaning, he or she has to perform a task that would be useful to the society. The task is performed with the agreement of the candidate performing it.

 9)  The members are divided in to various ranks. The ranks are awarded depending on the length of time as a member of the society, or the donated amount. The higher the rank, the more power a member gets.

 10)  The society promises to keep its members secret, the structure of the society is such that members cannot get any information about each other. This applies to all ranks, but it does not intercept with rule #6.

 11)  Members must keep their membership in the society secret, and everything else that refers to the society and other members.

 12)  A member who breaks the oath of secrecy or who denies to help other members without an evident reason will be expelled from the society.
